Adaptive Adventures: Adaptive Family Yoga

**Adaptive Adventures programs are programs designed for individuals with disabilities and their families.Join us for an adaptive chair yoga experience with instructor, Margaret McCullough from North YMCA! This yoga flow is intended to improve balance and muscle strength. Participants can either be seated or standing to do the poses. No floor activities. We use gentle stretches and muscle strengthening exercises for the entire body!
