Most schools are closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so I’ve put together a list of things to do around Columbus. I will be updating this list if more events are announced.

MLK Day Camp at KSM Sports and Fitness
Join us for schools out day camps!! It is the coolest place to be on the days school is closed!! Camp runs from 7:30AM to 6PM. We will have games, arts & crafts, sports and MORE! Each Camp day is $77,
Grades K-5 welcome! Friends much be in grades K-5 as well. Siblings are welcome! Bring your own water bottle, lunch, and 2 snacks, or snacks are available for $1/2 each!
Inniswood Metro Gardens: 10am-11am.
Blendon Woods Metro Park: 10am-1pm

MLK Day Open House at Ohio History Connection
In partnership with The King Arts Complex, join us for the annual MLK Day Open House on the observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.โs birthday to explore the impact of his life and legacy.
This annual community event is an excellent opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy musical and live theatrical performances, learn about the civil rights movement, participate in art activities, tour the Ohio History Center and meet new friends. This event is free and open to the public, though advance registration is recommended.

$5 Admission to the National Veterans Memorial Museum
Join us for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service at the NVMM on January 20th. Discover inspiring stories of Veterans who served our nation and continue their legacy through acts of service. In the Great Hall, youโll find local community service organizations ready to connect you with meaningful volunteer opportunities for both children and adults. Make this MLK Jr. Day a day of reflection, learning, and giving back to your community!
Special admission price of $5 all day.
