Dublin
Drop off your letters to Santa at one of our three North Pole mailboxes found throughout Bridge Park. Locations include: Bridge Park Office, North Market Bridge Park and the large holiday tree at Keystone Park (next to REBoL).
Gahanna
Friday, November 24 – Wednesday, December 13
Download a copy of the template here or pick up a copy at the Holiday Lights event or from the Santa Letter mailbox at the Herb Center (110 Mill St, Gahanna). Complete the letter with all required information and return it to the Santa Letter mailbox at the Herb Center.
Grandview Heights
November 25 – December 16, 2024
Write a letter to Santa and tell him your holiday wishes! For kids of all ages. Presented with Grandview Heights Parks & Recreation.
Use this template or create your own.
Letters may be dropped off:

-in the holiday mailbox at Grandview Heights Parks & Recreation (1515 Goodale Blvd.)

Don’t forget to include your name and address in your letter so Santa can write back!
Grove City
Drop off Monday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Dec. 8.
The delight of the holiday season returns with this Grove City tradition, a direct mail route to Santa. The Parks and Recreation Department elves make sure letters arrive safely to the North Pole.
- Children, drop letters into Santa’s mailbox, in front of the Grove City Welcome Center and Museum, 3378 Park St.
- Include a self-addressed stamped envelope with every letter.
Hilliard
November 25 – December 18, 2024
The Santa Letters mailbox will once again be delivered to Hilliard’s Station Park near the corner of Main and Center streets. Letters to Santa should include a self-addressed and stamped envelope to receive a return letter from Santa’s Workshop.
New Albany
November 24-December 19, 2024
The City of New Albany will be collecting letters to Santa starting November 24 at the rear entrance of Village Hall (99 W. Main St.) and the front entrance of the CML New Albany Branch. To receive a reply from Santa, please submit your letter by December 19, and ensure names and return addresses are legible so Santa can provide an appropriate response.
Orange Township
November 18- December 18
It’s that time of year again! Letters to Santa can be dropped off at Township Hall beginning November 18, 2024. Santa’s mailbox will remain open until December 18th when his elves take the letters back to the North Pole. Be sure to include a name and return address. You can pick up a blank letter at Township Hall, use your own, or download a copy and print it off here. Santa’s mailbox and letters will also be available at the Holiday Event on December 8th.
Pickerington
November 27, 2024 – December 13, 2024
Pickerington City Hall
A North Pole Express mailbox will be placed in front of City Hall for children to write Santa and his helpers a letter for Christmas. Please include child’s name and return address so Santa can write back!
Plain City
Santa’s Mailbox at Bicentennial Park
November 25-December 13
Powell
Through December 8.
Santa’s special mailbox is back at the Village Green Municipal Building, 47 Hall Street.
The mailbox will be available for your letters through Sunday, December 8. Be sure to include a return address so you can receive a personalized response. A form letter(PDF, 1MB) is available for you to download.
Prairie Township

Children who hand deliver their letters to Santa care of his special Prairie Township mailbox receive a reply from Santa directly from the North Pole. To guarantee delivery, include the child’s full name, complete address with zip code and postage.
Upper Arlington
November 15- December 13, 2024
The Holiday spirit is flowing through UA! Children are welcome to place a letter in Santa’s special UA mailbox to receive a reply from Santa. The mailbox is accepting letters starting November 15 through December 13. To guarantee delivery, include child’s full name, complete address with zip code and unaffixed postage stamp inside the envelope. Only one child’s letter per envelope.
Letter mailbox is located in the Municipal Services Center near Kenny Road parking lot, 3600 Tremont Road.
Westerville
Beginning just after Thanksgiving through Christmas, bring the family to Rotary Mini Park located in Uptown Westerville at the corner of N. State and Home St. Enjoy a perfect, well-lit spot to take pictures and then write and send your letters to Santa to be delivered just in time for Christmas.
Worthington
November 22- December 17, 2024
Starting November 22, you can drop off your letters to Mr. Claus outside the Griswold Center. Please be sure that your letters include your name and address, so he can send you one back. Santa’s Mailbox will return to the North Pole on December 17, so don’t miss out!
